The Fair Estimate Act requires that all patients who are self pay ( have no insurance) or have inusrance but are not submitting to an insurance company for reimbursement, be provided a fair estimate of their annual costs. This is only a rough estimate. It is difficult to provide estimates in mental health. The best fair estimate will be provided to you if treatment is begun. The cost of the evaluation is $900/ $750 if you complete all three appointments.
If during the evaluation Dr. Paras decides she cannot complete it for whatver reason, there will be no charge at all. This is why a good phone pre - evalaution appointment is essential for both parties.
